2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older engaged in professional continuing education. By using the Website, you affirm that you meet this minimum age and are legally eligible to enter this agreement.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account may be required to access certain features, such as course enrollment, subscriptions, or posting in discussions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for courses, subscriptions, or memberships are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Square.

By submitting payment, you authorize OnPointCE to process charges through these third-party processors.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Users are responsible for all taxes or fees that may apply to their purchase.

5. Refund Policy

OnPointCE strives to provide compliant, high-quality continuing education that meets NCBTMB and other recognized board standards.

Refunds are available if OnPointCE fails to perform its obligation to deliver an approved and valid CE course as represented at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be granted in the following situations:

  • If a course marketed as approved for CE hours subsequently loses that eligibility due to lapses in provider approval or changes to accreditation status;
  • If a course is removed from availability because it no longer meets NCBTMB or other relevant board requirements prior to your completion;
  • If an error in labeling causes you to enroll in a course misrepresented as CE-eligible when it is not.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Courses clearly marked as non-CE (e.g., Master Class or general professional development content);
  • Instances where a state licensing board independently refuses to recognize a properly approved NCBTMB course;
  • Completed or partially completed courses that remained in good accreditation standing during your participation;
  • Learner misunderstanding of or failure to confirm their own state’s CE acceptance policies.

To request a refund, please contact support@onpointce.com within 30 days of purchase.

We evaluate all refund requests in good faith in accordance with NCBTMB approval standards and our continuing education obligations.

6. Accreditation and Compliance

OnPointCE provides continuing education (“CE”) courses that are developed and maintained under approval by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as an authorized provider.

We strictly adhere to the ongoing standards required to maintain provider status and ensure courses marketed as CE-eligible remain current and compliant.

Our courses are accepted in most U.S. states that recognize NCBTMB approval. Some states or licensing agencies maintain additional requirements or have separate approval processes.

To foster transparency and compliance:

  • Each course lists whether it is NCBTMB-approved, approved by another relevant board, or non-CE (educational only).
  • We maintain accurate, up-to-date approval information and remove or revise any course that loses CE eligibility.
  • Learners are responsible for verifying that their state board accepts NCBTMB or specific course approvals before enrolling.

While OnPointCE provides accurate accreditation information and maintains compliance with governing agencies, acceptance of CE hours is solely determined by each individual state board or regulatory body.

We cannot guarantee acceptance outside our approved scope, but we proactively ensure that all representations of accreditation are truthful and current.

This balanced approach allows us to provide high-quality, board-approved CE while maintaining transparency about each learner’s specific licensure requirements.

7. Subscriptions – The “Master Class” Program

The Master Class is a continuing education subscription designed for active professionals interested in evolving, discussion-driven learning. The program includes regularly published content, interactive discussions, and periodic new lessons that may develop based on participant feedback.

Billing: Master Class subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel anytime before their next billing cycle.

Refunds: No refunds are available for prior months unless OnPointCE fails to provide substantive educational content consistent with the program’s description.
